Holiday Food Drive December 12, 2020
The First Congregational Church of Kennebunkport will be hosting a “Holiday Food Drive” to benefit the food pantry of York County Shelter in Alfred. Drop off date is Saturday, December 12, from 10am-2pm at the church on 141 North St., Kennebunkport.
The church’s longtime member, Paul Gauthier, who passed in June 2020, was passionate for giving to those in the community in need. In his honor and his giving spirit, we want to keep this community service alive. Please join church members in supporting this worthy cause and drop by Sat., December 12th with non-perishable food items for the food pantry. Masks and physical distancing required. Someone will be available to pick up local food donations on this Saturday, if that is more convenient for you. Please leave a message on the church voicemail 967-3897 and someone will reach out to you.
Monetary donations will also be accepted either by mail or in person during the drop off on the 12th. Please make checks payable to First Congregational Church with “food pantry” on the memo line. If mailing, send your check to 141 North St., Kennebunkport, ME 04046. All donations will be given in total to the food pantry of York County Shelter Programs, Inc.
Thank you in advance for your generous heart in supporting the needs of others, especially during these trying times.

November 8, 2020 Worship Service
Below is the link to our November 8, 2020 Worship Service.
Good Morning all. A beautiful weekend is predicted for our area in Maine and we’ll welcome it with open arms. Please be advised, we will not be hosting an in person service this week at the First Congregation Church. Due to the increasing spike of Covid 19, we feel it’s in the best interest of our congregation to go back to taped services for all to watch in the comforts of their homes. This was not an easy decision, but necessary for the safety of all. Please join us online on Sunday at 9:30.
Any questions or concerns please call our church office and leave a voicemail. It is checked regularly and we will call you back soon.
